For an academic project, I was tasked with creating a new graphic identity for the Cinemateca Portuguesa - Museu do Cinema, IP.

The Cinemateca is a public institution that promotes the conservation of the country’s film culture and supports access to information. After researching inspiration for the creation of a new graphic identity for the Cinemateca, I built an image based on the “modernisation” of the old, preserving some characteristic elements of the Art Deco movement, which was deeply present in the history of Portuguese cinema.
